<div style="text-align: justify;">
Dystopian, superpowers and love. A book full of actions, romance and twists. A book with awesome characters. A book with <span id="wsWordAdd25"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord25">a great</span> story. A book with <span id="wsWordAdd31"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord31">a beautiful</span> world-building. If you're searching for a great <span id="wsWordAdd42"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord42">book,</span> then you should read this one.
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
A community where secrets were forbidden. A community where people weren't capable of secrets. A community where people can't feel. It is really interesting, isn't it? </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Zoe </b>was the perfect protagonist for this book. She drives the book so well. She was really strong and she is willing to do anything for the people in community. Zoe was the character that you will be instantly connected. But there are some moments that I feel annoyed with her. The moment where she was blaming herself for Daavd. But it doesn't affect my love for this novel, haha. At first, Zoe can't control her power, but as the story goes on, she became stronger and she can now control her power. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;">And hello there <b>Adrien</b>! Adrien was the perfect love interest for Zoe. Nah, I don't like Max for her. Adrien was strong and willing to do to help Zoe and the other 'glitchers' and also the whole community. Adrien was the one who open the eyes of Zoe to see the truth about her 'perfect' community. And there was <b>Max</b>, the boy who was obsessed with Zoe. He wants Zoe to love him as he loves her. He was hungry for love and power. All I can say is that I HATE him! Heather Anastasiu made him perfectly annoying. XD</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;">This book was full of actions from first page up to the last page and it was fast paced. All the twists and turns of this book made me a non-stop reader. The world was really awesome. All the creepy technologies added a beautiful touch in this novel. </span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;">Overall, the book was really enjoyable. And the book was the right kind for me. Fantasy and dystopia? Well, I'm in with that one. It was really great, but the rest of the stories were the usual dystopian. Abusive government and the protagonist will join the group of people who were against with the government. But still it was really great and it was one of my best reads so far. :D</span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="background-color: white;"><b>Cover: </b>I really loved the cover. The colors are beautiful and the typography is really awesome. 5/5 for cover ;D</span></div>

There are also a few new characters that I really enjoy writing. Readers

about three months after the end of Tempest. Three months that Jackson has lived in full — the normal way, no time jumps."</span></blockquote>

<blockquote class="tr_bq" style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">
<i><span style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;">It was just another ordinary day at McKinley High—until a massive explosion devastated the school. When loner David Thorpe tried to help his English teacher to safety, the teacher convulsed and died right in front of him. And that was just the beginning.</span><br style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;" /><br style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;" /><span style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;">A year later, McKinley has descended into chaos. All the students are infected with a virus that makes them deadly to adults. The school is under military quarantine. The teachers are gone. Violent gangs have formed based on high school social cliques. Without a gang, you’re as good as dead. And David has no gang. It’s just him and his little brother, Will, against the whole school. </span><br style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;" /><span style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;"> </span><br style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;" /><span style="font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 19px; text-align: left;">In this frighteningly dark and captivating novel, Lex Thomas locks readers inside a school where kids don’t fight to be popular, they fight to stay alive.</span></i></blockquote>
<div style="text-align: center;">
**** </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">The virus thingy in this book makes me go want to read it. But unfortunately, the book is boring. Nothing special in the book and the characters aren't that awesome. And wait, where are the zombies in this book? :(</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">First of all, the gangs. The different gangs remind me of the factions in <i>Divergent. </i>Like in Divergent, the gangs reflect the character or the trait of a specific person.<i> </i>Dauntless, Amity, Abnegation, Erudite and Candor for <i>Divergent </i>and Sluts, Pretty Ones, Skaters, Geeks, Nerds, Freaks,Varsity and Loners for this book. And I like the idea of that gangs.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">According to Goodreads, this novel is a zombie novel. I'm a fan of zombie <span id="wsWordAdd16"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord16">novels,</span> and I really love reading <span id="wsWordAdd22"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord22">them,</span> and that's why I'm so excited to read this book. But wait, I don't know where the zombies go. I didn't find any single zombie in this book. Maybe Sam is the zombie? But I don't think so. Haha. Maybe the zombies are in the next book? Lol.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">Characters, let's start with <b>David</b>. I don't like him at first, but as the story goes on he became a good brother and a great leader and I admire him for that. But there are moments that I can't connect with him. Sometime he made some decisions that really annoy me. <b style="background-color: white;">Will</b><span style="background-color: white;"> really annoy me at first. David is doing all his best to keep him alive, but Will</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd20" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord20" style="background-color: white;">didn't </span><span style="background-color: white;">appreciate it. He is envy or jealous</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd29" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord29" style="background-color: white;">of</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd30" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord30" style="background-color: white;">all the</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">things that David done, for all of David's achievements. But at the end I really like him. He did everything to protect David from the virus and from that Sam (the annoying varsity boy).</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;">If you want a love triangle story, you should check this out. Love in the midst of hard life inside the school. The usual love triangle, <span style="background-color: white;">The usual love triangle,</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd5" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord5" style="background-color: white;">Will loves</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">Lucy, but Lucy</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd10" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord10" style="background-color: white;">loves</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">David. I'm annoyed with this kind of love triangle, maybe because love isn't for me. </span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">The story is quite unique. It's my first time to read a dystopian book that is set in school. Plus point for that idea, haha. There are parts where the pacing is slowed and there are some parts that it became fast paced (I think in last few chapters -,-).</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">In a nutshell, the book was okay. I didn't enjoy it that much. I kept reading this book because of that zombies that didn't exist in the book. How I wish the zombies will exist in the next book. Lol. The ending is such a cliffhanger! And I will read the next book, and I hope it's better.</span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-family: inherit;"><span style="background-color: white;">Cover comments: I really liked the cover. It is creepy and mysterious. 4 awesome noodles for the cover, but not for the book. Lol.</span></span></div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
This is better than the first book and the characters became stronger. More action and magic and great story. I really enjoyed reading this book. :D</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The characters became <span style="font-family: inherit;">stronger</span><span style="font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px;">,</span> especially Kate. She <span id="wsWordAdd9"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord9">has</span> the confidence now to control her <span id="wsWordAdd16"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord16">magic,</span> and she became more powerful. I really liked about her is her magic, her magic is so powerful that can kill hundreds of daemons.<span style="background-color: white;"> She didn't </span><span id="wsWordAdd2" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord2" style="background-color: white;">give</span><span style="background-color: white;"> up on protecting her family and her love. I really admire her when they were fighting with hundreds of </span><span id="wsWordAdd23" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord23" style="background-color: white;">daemons,</span><span style="background-color: white;"> and she was heavily wounded, but still she protects </span><span id="wsWordAdd34" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord34" style="background-color: white;">all the </span><span style="background-color: white;">soldiers and children. I really admire her for doing that thing. But still there were some moments that she annoyed me.</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Arland became stronger, but became a little weak also. Weak because he blames himself when something bad happens to Kate. Still, he became stronger character. He was willing to fight anything for Encardia, for children, for his family and especially for his love. He was willing to put a distance between him and Kate just for the safety of Kate. I admire him for doing that thing.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It was sad when Flanna became sad. In the first book, she was the one who put color and fun in the novel, but here she became sad and lonely.I understand her feeling, and it's really hard when someone important to you died. Oh, Brit! I really loved Brit, and I'm really happy that she already knew her prophecy. :D </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Still, the world was really awesome and interesting. I really loved the sprites, they always amaze me. Sprites and daemons were great idea. The different colors of flames that shows how powerful the person is was awesome and that was my favorite part. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Overall, I really enjoyed reading this book. I'm really happy that the characters became stronger and I had a connection with them. <span style="background-color: white;">The ending was</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd3" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord3" style="background-color: white;">a super</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">cliffhanger. I can't wait to read the next</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span id="wsWordAdd13" style="background-color: white;"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord13" style="background-color: white;">book,</span><span style="background-color: white;"> </span><span style="background-color: white;">and I want to know what will happen to Kate and Arland and the company. I want to know what will happen to that Dughbal. I'm really excited to read the next book! :D</span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="background-color: white;"><br /></span></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The cover is really beautiful. I like the army <span id="wsWordAdd10"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord10">in</span> the background and Kate and Arland in front. Kate and Arland were like instructing and leading the army.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
**** </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Oh, portals. When I read the portal thingy in the synopsis, I already expect too much. Unfortunately, this book didn't reach my expectations. I know it's not good to have expectations, but I can't stop myself from expecting too much from this book. I've heard many good things about this one and I really loved reading fantasy novels. I wished the book was better. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
First of all, characters. <b>Kate </b>was half annoying and half awesome. Annoying because it doesn't matter to her if she was sharing a bed with a boy. First impression about that is that Kate is a whore. Lol. It's okay to share a bed with a boy, but when she invited Arland to take a bath together, oh gahd. Awesome because of the magic she possessed. And because she was willing to do anything for Arland and to protect the Encardia. She was really amazing when she had a fight with hundreds of daemons. Hands up for her for protecting her world and Arland.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<b>Arland</b> was a good character. He was willing to do anything to protect his world and his people, like Kate. His strong leadership and his love for his world and peoples was really admirable. I wish all the leaders here in our world is as good as Arland.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Secondary characters were awesome except for Brad. I really loved Flanna, Cadman, Anna, Marcus and Brit. For me, the novel will be boring if they were not here. I think Flanna was my most favorite characters. Ahaha! </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The world that the author created was interesting. Sprites and daemons were really great. I liked the idea of Kate and Arland glowing with different colors of fire to show how strong they were. It's one thing that I liked in this novel. The story was wonderful and interesting, but it moved so slow. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Overall, I liked the book. Great story, but not so good characters. Interesting world and ideas. I hated and loved this book at the same time. There were moments that I'm annoyed and moments that I really enjoyed. Fantasy and romance fans, you should check this out.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
When I read the synopsis of this <span id="wsWordAdd7"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord7">book,</span> I know that it will be awesome. And after I read the book, it's really awesome. This is my first time to read a book where elves and vampires are in one book. The world that J. Meyers created was really unique and amazing.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Luke and Sera are really awesome characters. Sera is a healer and Luke is a Seer. Luke is an incredible character. He's really determined to protect his sister from dangers. Sera is an incredible character, too. She wants to protect her family, especially her brother. But sometimes Sera is kind of annoying when it comes to Marc. When Luke and Sera were together, no one can beat their connection to each other. Their love for each other. While I'm reading <span id="wsWordAdd3"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord3">this,</span> I always thought what if I had a twin? Would we get along as Sera and Luke do? It's really sad to be only child. XD</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Secondary characters are really awesome, too. Jonas and Fey are the protectors of the twin. She's one of Sera and Luke's closest friend. Fey always protect the twin since they are born. And Jonas is an unexpected ally. I thought that Jonas was the main villain in the story, but he's not. He's willing to do anything just to protect Sera and Luke. I want to have a friend like Fey and Jonas. How I wish I can find someone like them. </div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The world, the writing, and the story are really amazing. A world with gifted children, vampires, elves, faeries and goblins is really awesome. What can you ask more? The book is in third person, but I think it will be great if the POV will focus on Sera and Luke or have the POV of Luke and Sera like <i>Across the Universe</i>. Oh, it's just my opinion. XD</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Overall, the book is simply awesome. I will certainly reading the next book, especially because I have many questions in my head. And also because the ending left me with a huge cliffhanger. I'm really excited to read the next book. Hey, fantasy fans there you should read this awesome book! :D</div>

Gahd! Look at those awesome covers of Immortal Essence series. I haven't read Exiled, yet, but I'm planning to. I think you can read Exiled for free (click <a href="http://www.wattpad.com/4297367-exiled-book-1-in-the-immortal-essence-series">HERE</a>!). I'm not sure if it's the whole book or just part of it. ^^ So, what can you say about their covers? :)</div>

When I read the synopsis, I noticed that it's similar to Shatter Me. You know, counting of years, months, weeks and days. The idea of being locked up in bunker is like the idea in Shatter Me. Yes, it's kinda similar to Shatter Me, but Sherry is different to Juliette. The Other Life is really good book.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The Weepers is not like the other zombies in other books. The Weepers are intelligent and some of them are like humans, but some of them are like beasts. The zombies <span id="wsWordAdd2"></span><span class="wsEnrichmentSuggestion" id="wsWord2">here</span> are different from the usual zombie you
know. For me, the zombies <span id="wsWordAdd17"></span><span class="wsEnrichmentSuggestion" id="wsWord17">here</span> are <span id="wsWordAdd19"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord19">creepier</span> than the other books. Why Weepers? It's because the zombies here is like crying, they are like weeping.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
Let's move on with characters, Sherry is not that awesome
protagonist. She's good but plain. Sometimes, she's annoying because she
<span id="wsWordAdd24"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord24">felt</span> sorry for killing zombie that almost <span id="wsWordAdd31"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord31">killed</span> her and her family. I don't know why she's like that. Joshua is <span class="wsGrammarSuggestion" id="wsWord10"></span>better character than Sherry. He's <span id="wsWordAdd17"></span><span class="wsGeneralSuggestion" id="wsWord17">strong,</span> and he's willing to do
anything just to protect his friends. Other characters are too plain.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
The story is very good. The world in this book is really great. I like the idea of author to include some stories before starting a new chapter. The story is from a world before the Weepers exist. And I really love how the author put the big revelation before the end. That revelations made me want to read more.</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Overall, the book is really great, but it's really sad because the book is too short. Hey, zombie fans you should check this out! I think you will enjoy this one.</div>

<div style="text-align: justify;">
Oh, wait! Look at that cover! Who's that person running? Is it Joshua? Hmm.. What do you think? XD</div>
